Letting Go the Kelana D Putera Condo

Our dining place at Kelana D Putera condo when were staying there.

Our first sofa and coffee table,the curtain was flown from Kuala Pilah and fixed by papa.

Mama papa is going to let go our condo in Kelana jaya,we have put up an advertisement and have few serious buyers looking into it. This Condo means a lot to us,papa took mama to see this condo when we were just friend,he bought the condo when his salary was stilled small.He sacrificed a lot for the condo,he didn't stay there after he bought it,not enough money to put grilles,cabinets and other things so he can't rent it out, he once told mama he ate maggie because of the condo..yeap RM1700 instalment per month is a lot for a young executive like papa at that time...sian papa.The condo was unoccupied for years after papa bought, when he took mama there,the condo was fulled with dirt and gloomy,when he asked whether mama like the condo,mama didn't reply because at that time mama didn't really serious about marrying papa,we hardly know each other and he started talking about married since day one,so mama thought 'teruk la mamat ni..ingat orang suka ke"..but papa was determined and that shaped our destiny.After we got married we stayed few months at apartment in Desa Pandan, we have small money and we prepared the condo for moving in, mama stilled remember, mama looked as far as kajang for cheap kitchen cabinet and we found one shop that can do for less than RM2K, we were so happy,we brought our small tv there and put up duvet on the main bedroom's floor,we slept on the floor because we couldn't wait to move in at that time,slowly after that we added few furnitures until the condos became so cosy and we had many compliments from friends.Alhamdulillah after a year staying there we had more rezki and then bought our present house in Seri Utama Kota Damansara.We thought that will be our final place, we used all money for renovation and cabinets until we have zero, the place is great and mama do not have a single complaint,then one fine day (after mama had a fight and merajuk with papa)with no money in hand, we bounced into advertisement in STAR news paper about this new launch semi D (our new house),papa took mama there and he booked the unit on the same day using his credit card.Mama was worried, we didn't have much money and we are paying for 3 houses now, once mama had urged papa to let go the new house as we don't really need it and most important we don't have enough money ,mama don't need big house as at that time there were 2 of us only.As usual papa is always determine,tak de duit pun determine, then you both surprised mama, you came right after HR department in mama's office announced that mama has passed mama's MBA,mama got sick terribly and went for check up and found out that the 2 of you had been sleeping in mama's tummy for 7 weeks already..it was a very very BIG SURPRISE and things changed tremendously after that. ALHAMDULILLAH..our family grown in a split second,starting with mama and papa only,we then have you both,2 maids (now only one) and our precious uwan, from 2 people in the house we have 7 then 6 people in the house. Insyallah we will be moving to our new house once its fully completed.It will be a mixed feeling of happy and sad,the later is more as mama sayang the present house so much,all love,sweet memories,precious moments were and are still cherish in this house,whenever mama was away, upon reaching home and seeing the house mama felt so glad and happy, we have wonderful neighbours that every puasa our table will be fulled with foods, mama likes every corner of the house,the kitchen cabinet will always be the best cabinet in the world, our small verandah will always be the cosiest spot on earth and our bedroom is the peaceful and serene abode for both of you.How to leave the home sweet home..how to leave the place where its welcome you on your first day you got back from hospital..it will be a sad separation..mama prays that the new house will give us all the loves.

kak pah dah balik dari Perth

kak pah just got back from her Holiday in Perth,she bought us Tea Towel, koala soft toy and some chocolates.kak pah said perth is nice, easy to find food,convinience and the 2.7 exchange rate is very okay compared to other pound or euros.Mama looked at her photos there,yeap it looks nice,if we have rezki we fly there one day..thanks kak pah for all the things.

Hot,busy weekend.

The past few weeks were so hot,if you go out at 12.00 noon and do some works under the sun,you ll surely dripping wet with sweat.We called people to plant few big trees and grass at our new house,mama had to supervise as papa was working and mama did some cleaning and painting works alone,by the time mama reached home uwan said mama looked so "comot and selekeh"..what to do, anyway mama is satisfied with the painting work that mama had done.Our house is still undergoing some works, end of this month kitchen cabinets will be installed and after that mama will get people to extend porch and fix decking for outdoor seating in front of the house,hopefully we have a cosy house and hopefully both of you like the house,feel comfortable,safe and we have the "home sweet home" feel just like our present house.

The workmanship by sunburst is good.

This is the painting work that mama had done,the wrought iron grille for our outdoor oven,originally it was black but mama thought it will look nicer in white.

Mama swept and cleaned the terracotta tiles for outdoor dining.

mama is thinking about doing something here to make it more cosy.

Mama bought another 3 topiary trees, one of it is bunga kesidang which had been shape into topiary.

We have installed lattice to the outdoor dining area for safety purposes and also more privacy feel.It's nice to sit at this area as it is cold compared to the rest.

Both followed mama papa to nursery in sungai buloh..

Both wait for mama papa at the pakcik shack.

It was a hot day..

Tia mia couldnt stand the heat

Mana lebih bermakna,di raikan atau me raikan.

ALhamdulillah, semalam tahun kedua mama dapat menyambut hari ibu dengan kehadiran 2 anak perempuan mama tapi ALHAMDULILLAH yang amat lebih besar lagi lagi kerana mama masih mempunyai ibu dan dapat menyambut bersamanya. Bertuahnya mama kerana tak perlu menelefon atau menghantar kad untuk mengucapkan hari ibu kerana ibu mama ada di sisi,di dalam rumah kita,setiap malam bila hendak melelap mata mama tahu dia ada di dalam bilik sebelah mama tidur di bawah selimut,bila pagi bangun tidur mama dapat melihat dia duduk di veranda rumah kita dengan secawan nescafe, bila tengahari hendak menyuap nasi di office atau cafe mama tahu dia pun menyuap nasi di rumah kita dengan lauk yang mama masak sendiri dan bila balik waktu petang mama dapat melihat dia di halaman dengan anak2 mama ketawa dan berkejar-kejar. Bertuahnya mama,pemurahnya Allah Sbt memberi mama kelebihan itu kepada mama kerana di hari ibu ini ada anak yang mampu menziarah pusara sahaja,tidak dapat memeluk atau mencium ibu..setinggi mana pun kita,sebesar mana rumah kita,se gah mana harta kita tak dapat mengatasi kekayaaan memiliki seorang ibu..tak sama nikmatnya melihat senyum dan ketawa ibu,tak sama indahnya memasak lauk kegemaran ibu...mama mengingatkan diri mama sendiri biarlah ikhlas terhadap ibu,sayang dan sabarlah terhadap ibu..sekali hilang tak kan dapat kita cari ganti lagi di dunia ini...menangis atau meratap pun kita dia tak kan kembali. Ya Allah biarlah semua anak2 di dunia ini menyanyang ibu mereka..biarlah rumah orang2 tua kosong,biarlah ibu yang menangis sendiri rindukan anak tiada lagi..Amin.

mama bagi uwan dan pembantu kita heni memanjakan diri semalam..berurut kaki dan bahu..kerana heni pun ibu jugak..begitu susah dia mencari duit meninggalkan anak di indonesia..dia pun ber hak di rai.

dua orang ibu ni di manjakan selama 75 mins..hingga lelap di ulit..

dah lemas langsung naik tak nak turun lagi..

harap2 dua orang tak serik masuk pool lagi..

duduk berehat dengan papa..

sian anak mama lemas..tapi berani..

banyak jugak minum air budak tia ni...

duduk kat club makan chips tunggu mama hantar uwan dan heni urut..

masa ni dah lapar..

tia tak nak kongsi chips dia ni...

duduk tunggu papa ambik kereta nak pergi tunggu uwan kat new house..

ni lah orang lelaki yang tak merai kan hari ibu..meraikan diri sendiri main golf..hehh..hehhh

rumah baru tia and mia dah ada pokok...hari sabtu lori hantar

sibuk dua orang check sana sini..tak berkenan colour pagar neighbour sebelah ye..tak pe nanti mama taruk lattice..pagar kita pasang next week.

Ni lah pokok instant kita..tiba2 dah besar..yey..nanti kita taruk lagi ok...macam2 kita nak buat lagi..decking,tempat mandi outdoor etc..tapi kena tunggu duit dulu:)

VVIPS at mama's office

Last Thursday mama was on leave as uwan and heni went back kampung early before the khenduri. So there were only 3 of us in the house, mama then decided to take you jalan2 to mama's office,both behaved very well,enjoyed the ride to the office in your car seats but then fallen asleep shortly before we reach office,both had fun in mama's office sepah everything and met many people.Mama is glad that both can behave well,you are not that bad after all ,if both continue to behave well 3 of us can enjoy going to shopping complex,visit bookstores etc even if papa is working. That's mama's girls..mama was a bit worried because at kampung Tia had sort of "emotional turbulent"..sticked like a glue to mama,stopped mia from touching mama,bad tempered etc..pity Tia everbody thought that is how Tia behave everyday..no, that is not the true you..Tia is always happy,likes to play,fulled with fun and love everybody..mama thinks the "emotional turbulent" is due to tension as abang amir disturbed Tia by shouting loudly to her ears,jump harshly on the ground etc..now Tia ia back to normal..both can cakap banyak now..Tia can say "cayang mama".."mia how are you?' and mia can say "i want air cond'."cantek light".
