Hullo!

I tulis update ni petang semalam, semasa hujan renyai meniarap tepi tingkap:) Tiba2 gelap..zzzzz..hari ni baru sambung- tapi sebab tak larat tak kuasa nak edit bawah ni:)

Hmm.. I am lying on the floor near my bay window on the ground floor while updating this blog:) A bit full and tired:) Had lovely people came for breakfast this morning- it was unplanned but turned out to be  great- they were my niece and husband and Bff and family. I texted my niece whether she want to meet up and lepak at Secret Recipe over a piece of good cake but she replied " Maksu's nasi lemak is much much better than SC's cake" - so i cooked them Nasi lemak this morning not only with one sambal but with 3 sambals:) My maid is singing her heart out at Chow Kit today with her friends so i have this house all by my self- it is nice once a while;):)

Not much story but busy lately at the office, to many outside meetings and i had limited time to do paper works at office.Tomorrow i am going to have meeting at CyberJaya and another one in Putrajaya on Wednesday- hence i update my blog this evening- Since i ve been cooking since morning and we kinda of stuck in the house i ve promised to go out with Uwan and the girls this evening:)

And terima kasih banyak2 yang meninggalkan komen ya- You all so lovely:) Sebab tu penat kadang2 tak ada cerita menarik pun i update jugak blog.

Last week- lunch with BFF at French Cafe called Miam Miam- this pasta is called Miam Miam Spaghetti (Miam Miam means yum yum)

My friend ordered Black Ink Squid pasta- pasta dakwat hitam sotong! Hitam nya kan:) I rasa sikit..boleh lah- i still prefer my Olio yang biasa.

But this is a winner- Matcha@Green Tea  Latte- so sedapppp:)

Balik rumah petang tu i cooked talapia asam pedas with chili turkey and bunga kantan…so Miam Miam:)

Tak ada cerita lain food ajer kan- dinner the following night was grilled  chicken wings.

Plus the lamb chop- i tak suka- masak sajer for the girls and thier papa- they love it very much:)

But penat balik masak selalunya hilang- macam malam ni they played me Swan Lake on their keyboard:)

Saturday masak lagi! Ada replacement class for the school- before picking up the girls kena masakkan Uwan lunch dull- Uwan loves terung- so i made her Chili terung Jelita:)

And lemak ketam menggoda:)

Picked up the girls and took them to the mall- they said they want to buy stickers- tapi sampai jadi Lego pulak:)

We went Daiso for the merepek-repek RM5 each things:) We bought else this cute bikini- Elsa you look sexyyyyh lah;)

Bought Tia Mia these cute meal bag too:)

And fabric file for ustaz Khalis class.

Sunday my niece and husband and my bff came for breakfast.

It was unplanned breakfast but we had fun.Since my niece suka sambal i masak 3 sambal for them.

Tapi sebelum tu kena kacau dulu dengan yang 2 org ni…tapi akhirnya berjaya jugak ZZZZZZ kejap:)

Now Monday already! esok Tuesday- lepas tu Cuti weyyy:):)

Alhamdulillah petang ni hujan kan:) Sejuk ajer cuaca- tambahan pulak air cond at our house baru tukar gas dan kena service hari ni- sangat sejuk:) berleter-leter cina service tu sebab dah lama air cond tak kena service- yang kat family hall di tingkat atas memang dah tak sejuk langsung keluar udara panas ajer- tonight wahhhh so lega duduk di luar di sambil meng update blog ni- Uwan dah lena di atas sofa selepas makan semangkuk kuey teow sup panas dan secawan teh halia hangat- sedap berselimut tebal. Tia menghadap ikan laga dan Mia sedang praktis lagu2 ciptaannya di keyboard:):) Terasa kalau esok cuti lagi..seronoknyerrrrr..tapi esok ada meeting jauh di Bukit Jalil- moga tak sesat:)

This weekend has 'home sweet home theme"- house bound with eating and gardening activities only:) Sebelum lupa nak mengucapkan terima kasih atas email, jemputan2 kawan2 blogger- thank you so much for sharing your stories-Happy for one kakak who has succesfully cooked gulai telur itik- she said her mom was impressed- thank you so much untuk jemputan memetik pulasan sambil berenang di pool, terimakasih juga untuk ingatan menjemput Tia Mia untuk free ice skating lesson:) Thanks so much may Allah Swt bless semuanya:):)

Untuk yang bertanya ada tanah untuk di jual tak di area Kuala Pilah- rasanya ada cuma saya tak tahu secara details- boleh google untuk tengok kalau ada di iklankan- tapi kalau saya dapat tahu nanti boleh di beritahu di sini. Yang bertanya Coffee Lavazza tu sedap tak- Sedap rasanya, Italian Coffee sentiasa sedap:) Bau nya memenuhi ruang rumah:)

We didn't go far on Saturday- morning,  we went to pick my car from Ford Service Center- it was a very disspointing experience- my car is still at the centre after 12 days- tak dibaiki- after a heat up argument they promised to complete this Monday and we are given Ford Fiesta as replacement car while waiting for my Escape to be ready. After that we went to my office at Sri Pentas for Canteen day- banyak food and activity jugak- the schools sell the food at RM1 each- macam2 boleh di beli:)

They bought quite a number of things- painted pebbles, jelly beans, cakes, bubbles etc.

They had fun- fun yang jimat suit- with RM20 we ve got load of things:)

This morning i cooked pulut santan cara lama orang Negeri Sembilan- pulut di kukus- selepas masak- bubuh dalam dulang- buatkan santan mentah di campur garam ( tapi saya masak kejap santan pekat tu) sudah tu di gaul pulut dan di tepuk- tepuk hingga rata dan berkilat- Masa dulu kalau Uwan buat ni sambil uwan tepuk2 pulut masa tu jugak tangan mencapai makan:) Now Uwan yang duduk menunggu saya menepuk- nepuk pulut:) Berkongsi tips untuk cepat memasak pulut- Sekiranya kita lupa merendam pulut dan tiba2 pagi tu nak makan pulut- kalau takut lambat masak dan keras- boleh lah di siram beras pulut tu dengan air mendidih sebelum di masukkan dalam pengukus- dan apabila dikukus- bila dan setengah masak dan masih belum lembut semuanya- curah lagi air mendidih dan gaul rata dalam pengukus- curah dalam 2 atau 3 kali- pulu cepat masak dan lembut sekali.

Sebab di rumah ni ada orang kelantan kita pun masakkan kari Ikan Tongkol dengan terung dan cili padi hijau- nampak tergolek-golek dia makan:) Hari ni sehingga lunch pun tha papa and anak2 masih nak makan pulut:)

After lunch we went out for gardening activities:)

We took a long nap today and everybody woke up at 5.30- I made pulut panggang from the left over pulut and serunding ikan from Raya.

My first time making pulut panggang- not so kemasa but sangat sedap Babe! And it goes so well with Teh halia.

Lunch i made simple kuey tewo sup.

Add some green chilies and lime- so nice menghirup hujan2 ni:)

Ada yang cakap we blik Kuala Pilah macam syok ajer - she said she balik rasa biasa saja- jawapan nya di hati- kalau seronok di situ seronok lah segalanya:)

To us kampung or overseas- semua ada kesronokan sendiri!

Perjalanan Aidil Adha 2014.

Alhamdulillah we went back to kampung and now back at home sweet home again.

Buat Kita- Aidil Adha 2014 kita di kampung Uwan- Kg Parit, Kuala Pilah.N.Sembilan.

The journey was smooth- Uwan went back with Pakcik first on Friday and we started our journey early on Saturday morning. We stopped at the Petrol station filled in gas and bought hotdogs from the Shell Hot Counter- it was fun eating hotdogs in the car- it reminds us masa travel overseas:):) The weather was good and cold to Kuala Pilah- macam naik Cameron Highlands.

Can you see Elsa at the back? Elsa was so noisy since this is her first car ride.

Thank You to the driver- he was so happy with the hotdog and Wonda Coffee:)

We reached kampung Uwan quite early- we stopped at Giant KP before that to buy few things and the papa had his lunch there at Jack Fried Chicken.

Rumah Uwan is well maintained by the Indonesian couple that stayed next door- we upah them to jaga the house- bunga2, pokok ubi,daun puding pun cantik merimbun di tanamnya.

Hmmm always miss this place- rumah merah bertingkap putih,bertangga batu merah di atas bukit.

Naik rumah wehoooooo..papa mesti menyesal makan RM3.50 Jack fried chicken di Giant- lauk pauk dan lemang menanti;):)- Since i was fasting- i took a deep breath and bising2 why semua orang tak heran nak makan:)

The girls as usual lesap keliling rumah- they always love kampung or the farmhouse:):)

This time we ambik approach merehat kan badan- lemang,rendang semua we tempah- activity masak hanya buat sup gear box- at least adalah suasana masak2 di luar.

The two had so much fun- main masak2 etc.

Petang bawak sepinggan nasi panas adan rendang ayam ke atas jembatan depan rumah Uwan suap kan the girls- seronok betul they makan sambil jalan2.

Malam Maghrib di imamkan Pakcik .

As usual after dinner we lepak2- nothing much to do- TV pun sebab tak ada ASTRO tak clear siarannya- we can only watch DVD.

But it was a good time to bond and unwind- anyway me and Kak Ikin have agreed to install ASTRO- the men a bit stress tak dapat tengok news and sport:):)- that is our next project before buah durian besar dan masak:)

One of the best activity is to watch horror movie-- this time was Gallow Hills-rumah Uwan yang sunyi dan sejuk memang menyediakan suasana plaing best untuk cerita seram.

Berjaga malam kita buat kopi dan roti bakar:)

Sedap nya roti bakar traditional- kaya dan margerine.

Pagi raya- papa dan Abang Din- kaum lelaki ke masjid di Kuala Pilah.

Kita 'anak2 daras" jalan kaki ke surau tua di kampung. Muka2 polos tidak berbedak sebelum sembahyang raya:)

Seronok berjalan kaki- pengalaman indah bagi Tia Mia.

Mia yang cute dengan jubah Mekah yang singkat dan setalam hidangan untuk surau.

Balik surau we singgah tengok orang kampung berkorban.

Pengalaman pertama Tia Mia melihat Qurban dan di ikuti dengan kisah Nabi Ibrahim.

Ini lah sekeping gambar raya- semua nya malas nak bergambar:):) tak sabar nak menukar baju.

Naik rumah tukar baju- yehaaa Laksa Johor dan nasi impit kuah kacang sedap sebagai hidangan pagi raya.

Alhamdulillah semua sedap:)
