Authentic Masala Tea.

It sounds interesting- especially bab makan dan shopping tu:) May be i wont go far as Mercure Fortune Hotel is connected to the Mall, i just go there ajerlah:) But i am hoping for some relaxing time at the Hotel- the spa and massage- 1st and second day will be a bit tight as the first day is presentation on Country Report, second day i have to chair 3 distinguished speakers from Australia and US . I told the Organizer not to give me the first session as first session always cause  butterflies in the tummy:) Yet i am given the first session- chairing is not about ensuring that the speakers will comply with the time only  but kena ulas2 jugak:( Whatever it is  I m still looking forward to it - good exposure and experience:)

The girls now tiap hari peluk me- cakap " I ll miss you mama" -then they massaged me and pampered me- nampaknya mama yang banjir nanti- moga we tabah ye Kniedaz:)

Friday evening dapat ni kat office- package all the way from Penang:) Terima kasih banyak2 Ros! Akak appreciate it very much- Uwan pun sangat happy dapat kain batik merah yang cantik- Uwan ucapkan Terima Kasih banyak2 and she doa kan Ros kebahagiaan dan semoga semuanya berjalan lancar seperti yang diharapkan.In sha Allah:)

Balik petang jumaat tu duduk di halaman sekejap makan kueh dan minum teh dengan uwan tapi tak sempat lagi buat masala tea. My neighbour's daughter pulak menyorok dalam our house menangis-nangis tak nak balik- baru umur 2 tahun budak tu:) So cute.

Saturday morning we took Uwan for breakfast at Homst and ordered sea food noodles soup for her.

Saturday afternoon we took the girls to Genting Highlands Theme Park- early treat lah kiranya sebab nak kena tinggal kan:) and i am sharing some pictures of them which i have edited with my Olympus:)

On the way back i bought nice hot lemang, chicken rendang and petai padi for uwan- the lemang turned out to be so sedap)

Today after the good lunch- i went upstairs and found that the girls already switched on the aircond- put few pillows on the floor with a jar of peanut butter oreo- so sweet:)

Petang i fried currypuffs for uwan- while she minum petang i prepared dishes for dinner- rebus air cendawan tiram with serai dan goreng ikan siakap;)

While my girls dapat hadiah yang 'dewasa' from my MIL- ha ha bergaya lah dia orang- bagi makan hamster pakai Guess sling bag;)

Husband came back and i brewed Masala Tea for him. I buat Masala tea macam ni- rebus satu periuk kecik air, masuk 2 helai daun pandan, 3 biji cardamom( yg  bentuk bujur tu), sedikit kulit kayu manis, 2 inchi halia di ketuk, 2 sudu besar teh cap masjid, 2 sudu besar teh timbang  (yg ros bagi ni),brew slowly sampai naik bau, dah tu tapis into pot, i tambah 1/2 gelas susu cair (evaporated milk) dan 2 sudu susu pekat dan tarik tinggi2:)

Terima kasih Ros- husband akak sangat suka- dia minum sambil lelap mata cakap " wahhh this is just like Cameron Masala Tea, even better".
