Our Beach Holiday.

We went to Legend Water Chalets in Port Dickson last weekend. The Chalets are nice and they belong to the Legend Group (Genting etc), since the group has tons of money they spent quite a lot on the chalets, all tables and tops were made from granite,they used good tiles and quality wood.There are two types of accomodation there, you can opt for the chalets or the Water Homes,the water homes are more expensive,they are luxurious villa with big swimming pool etc. Some of the chalet has individual swimming pool too,when you open your sliding door the pool is just outside the door, not a good idea for small kids but heaven for the big ones. The Chalets rates start at RM414 for deluxe and goes up to RM1K plus while the water homes start at RM1700 per nite. The minus points are,there is no beach at the chalets you have got to drive out,the swimming pool is a bit small and the service is nothing to shout about,they will automatically lock the room door at 12 noon if you don't check out,lack of human courtesy and PR here. Like in our case,it was quite bad,we came back before 12 from our outing to check out but there's something wrong to the card,we couldnt get in,we ve got to wait outside,it took them sometimes to resolve the problem and by the time the door was open all electricity connection to the room was cut off, no hot water supply to the bathroom and even to prepare milk for Tia Mia. The room service is great there as the food was yummy,the portion was big and the price is very reasonable but that is not attractive enough to bring us there in the future,to us, service and pr is very much important, it should go hand in hand with the beautiful building. Our first choice is still Thistle (previously known as Guoman), the people were friendly,everybody said hai to you and your kids,the landscape was great,the swimming pool was wonderful and the restaurant was children friendly. Overall it was a great experience for Tia Mia and we do not want to spoil our good mood ,despite the hiccups here and there they enjoyed themselves to the fullest! We arrived at 12.00noon,we stopped at our favourite cafe at Tanjung Tuan..the "coconut groove cafe"..Tia Mia said hello to their "cononut tree"..

The food is good here, we ordered asam pedas fish with brinjal, kailan with oyster sauce and the star dish is beef with dried chilli.

The fried beef is really yummy,the meat is tender and cooked to perfection with dried cillies and soy sauce.

The two girls as usual..sibuk with their sands..

After lunch we drove to Legend Water Chalets..Tia mia dah tumbangkan snow man kat belakang tu..tu snowman baru kena tegakkan balik....

We have checked in..the girls sibuk tengok laut kat bawah chalets..'water,water big water they said"

Units acrossed ours are equipped with indoor swimming pools..with Tia Mia around mama tak rasa it's a good idea.

Hmmm kenapa mama tak book unit ada swimming pool tu?

They have nice hand wash basin with granite top and other wonderful gadgets.

The bathtub is great too..

The girls paling heran tengok air yang boleh nampak kat bawah..mula2 takut nak pijak..

After the papa and girls tidur mama pun keluar snap2 gambar keliling...

They didn't use much wood outside unlike Avillion.

They named the Chalets according to ocean..ours is Atlantic.

The exterior is nice and neat.

The structure must be very strong to take the weight of this chalets plus hundreds of private swimming pools

Woke up at 4.30 pm and ready to splash2 in the pool

Jom Tia we pergi mandi manda.

happy faces..tak sabar2..

tapi both quite dissapointed..too many people..bising and the kids quite ganas2 too..but mama insisted on them staying ,both got to adjust themselves to the crowd..that is the reality..kena pandai2.

Finally..both okay...

ha..haa pakai bathrobe kat playground

Then Mia complaint2 pulak kaki dia gatal..hmmm adik a bit grumpy lah kat sana..all because dia tak pergi toilet dah 2 hari..

After dah penat..we balik Atlantic.

Mama called for room service,the three patiently waiting..

The Menu was : Ceaser Salad,nice and creamy.

Buffalo Chicken Wings-Tia Mia's favourite.

The "Two Hannah Montana" relaxing under the moon,watching aeroplanes passing by..but Tia..hmm tak boleh nak snap sweet moment langsung lah..suka buat "ghost face " ni...

Sampai tak nak balik..penat lah pujuk...

No matter how wonderful the hotel or chalet but home sweet home is still the best..our own little bathroom and toilet..muargghhhhh..so peaceful inside..ha..haaaaa....
