Kerapu goes French!

We had great weekend despite all the chaos,roadblocks..so many people got upset:( We went to TTDI park,after berendam dalam creek,main scooter,we singgah Pasar Segar Taman Tun,bought kerapu some sayur kampung and balik rumah to masak.So life is still beautiful without trips to KLCC or shoppingmalls;)

Our lunch on Sunday,kerapu in lemon,olive oil,garlic,shallot and pepper, asam rebus terung kampung,ikan kerisi kering and the ulams.

Pembuka selera..cencalok melaka,petai jeruk,pucuk gajus,pucuk putat,petai segar..semua tak toilet friendly..but good for awet muda..he..hee..kesegaran badan dam minda..p.s semuanya alasan utk makan ulam dan benda busuk ni:)

Kerapu goes french! sebab kalau buat malay style taruk cili,asam nanti the two girls tak suka pulak. I pound few shallots,garlics and white pepper,rub the fish with salt,rub semua bahan tumbuk,bath with olive oil and herb,squeeze some lemon..easiest way to steam is to put the fish in baking dish cover with aluminium foil,set oven to 180 degrees,time it for 35 mins..hasil..wallaaa..just like steaming in the steamer;)

Jemput lah makan..we had alfresco lunch at our patio..sedap makan berteman angin sepoi2 bahasa.

Sunday morning the girls had balst with their scooter at the park.

This tukang masak taught of going jogging for few rounds..tapi dapat buat brisk walk ajer..jadi lah.

Saturday Evening..spending time with painting at our house

Buat kat luar rumah senang..lantai kotor boleh pancut ajer dgn air and biarlah they paint sepuas hati.
