Roast Chicken and Foggy/Snowy day:)

We had good homecooked foods on Saturday and Sunday morning,one of it is this yummylicious roast,potato and carrot..we ate with nandos sauce and mayo..very yummy.Sunday papa took us to play snow at Genting,TiaMia had a great time,since we cannot take photos inside,there's no photos in the snowland.They have photographer inside there but it is a bit expensive and since this is our second time so we just enjoy playing there,we bought hot milo and fishballs and had fun in the snowland.It was very foggy at genting on Sunday,we lurveee the cold weather:)Enjoy our roast chicken pictures and some photos at genting.

 Very nice cripsy outside nut succulent inside oregano,pesto and olive oil roast chicken.

 Roast Potato is Tia's favourite,Mia loves the cripsy chicken.

 Very nice while it is still hot,dip into nandos sauce..yummehhh..

 If roast is not enaough we have nice sandwich from bakers Cottage here;)

 Sunday we went to Snowland Genting..we brought our own gumboots.

 The girls love the snowland,sampai nak makan2 snow lagi..ni kat luar,kat dalam tak boleh ambik gambar.

Wahhh it is already 14/11/11..lamanya tak update blog:( he..hee..sibuk macam2 lah,Alhamdulillah Tiamia already back to the same kindy they like it there;);)and i had all kind of stories..but as a start for year 2011 i begin it with food,food and food..what to do i like cooking..nanti ada masa cerita macam2 lagi..wuishhhh banyak cerita..yang suka,yang duka,yang berdarah..yang parah*wink*wink*

 First tukang masak would like to wish Happy New Year (alamak lambatnyerr) to all friends,yang datang singgah..may 2011 brings us lots and lots of loves:):)

 Then lets bake..first New Year bake Bread pudding..

 Macam2 cara orang buat bread pudding..i don't like it to be too mushy..mine is just nice with lil bit crispy on top;)

 Serve it while it still hot..semua orang suka ni..especially papa;)

 Bathe it with generous milk and vanilla sauce..memang yummyyyyyyehhh..

 Morning favourite kat rumah is my Hailam with fat prawns:)

 Another favourite in the morning is Cantonese fried rice..no chilli..tiamia love it..

 This is uwan's favourite..kampung style pengat..with mee sangggul,tepung mata ikan and banana..

 My oldtime favourite asam pedas ikan merah with terung..

 Another everybody's favourite my pulut kuning with kampung style sambal and boiled egg.

Until the next entry..may our days and time in 2011 be sweet as these macaroons (Macaroons from a shop at OU,RM3.00 each..the choc fudge is very nice..but all of it are a bit too sweet to my liking..i likeeee pedas)

The Great 2 Days 1 Nite Stay at Aminah Resort.

Once you have your own family there will be so many things that you have to think before you embark on holiday especially if you have an old mother living with you.When you are surrounded by people that Allah sbt has entrusted you to look after you have to perform your duty;have got to give priorities to the smallest and the oldest but there is no regret,Allah is so great, happiness is always there and it is up to you look and find it.Macam tu lah kita jika dulu mama and papa can always pack our bag travel from Vienna -Venice-Florence-Rome..now nak pergi Cameron Highlands pun kena fikir,sesuai ke.As a result mama cancelled our booking at Ye Olde Smoke House in Cameron,was thinking about Universal Studio in Singapore,Hard Rock Hotel in Penang..than mama sat back and think..what about uwan,what would be the best place for her to visit..at this age nothing fancy her much,she just want to back to a place where love first started,no matter how great the live is in town..her heart is always there and oneday when mama is old like uwan mama will feel exactly the same.So made small plan and we made special trip to kampung just for uwan..furthermore you both love kampung very much too.Memang banyak kerja kena buat bila sampai rumah, tinggal tak ada orang duduk,walaupun kita ada upah orang utk bersih2kan tapi dalam rumah mesti berabuk..so singsing lengan and kemasss..but bila hati seronok semua tak jadi hal..We had the most wonderful time in kampung..it cost us RM150 to buy groceries at Kuala Pilah but we had tons and tons of  sweet memories,uwan so happy:)Let see the wonderful pictures.p.s Uwan charges Euros 150 per nite untuk sesiap yg nak stay but if you come with lots of loves she will welcome with open arms plus entitlement for late check out and sumptious hot breakfast:)
